Her expertise spans organisational effectiveness, people and culture strategy, transformation and governance, with a particular focus on strengthening leadership capability and embedding high-performance cultures.

She began her career in operational people & culture roles across multiple sectors before joining a global consulting firm, where she advised organisations on workforce strategy, organisational transformation and human capital solutions. In 2019, Hayley founded Aptitude Consulting - a boutique people performance consultancy which later merged to form part of Integrion.

She has also held executive leadership roles including Chief People & Strategy Officer, leading enterprise strategy, governance reform and large-scale organisational transformation across complex workforce environments.
