Hayley Goodman
Hayley Goodman is a Partner at Integrion, leading the firm’s People Performance Practice. She is a strategic advisor and GAICD-qualified Non-Executive Director with more than 15 years’ experience across consulting, commercial and for-purpose sectors.
Hayley works with Boards and leadership teams to align strategy, governance, leadership and organisational capability to drive sustainable enterprise performance. Her expertise spans organisational effectiveness, people and culture strategy, transformation and governance, with a particular focus on strengthening leadership capability and embedding high-performance cultures.
She began her career in operational people & culture roles across multiple sectors before joining a global consulting firm, where she advised organisations on workforce strategy, organisational transformation and human capital solutions. In 2019, Hayley founded Aptitude Consulting - a boutique people performance consultancy which later merged to form part of Integrion.
She has also held executive leadership roles including Chief People & Strategy Officer, leading enterprise strategy, governance reform and large-scale organisational transformation across complex workforce environments.
