Erik has worked with leadership teams across resources, energy, infrastructure, government and financial services, helping organisations translate strategic ambition into disciplined execution. His advisory work focuses on operating model design, performance improvement and complex transformation programs that drive measurable organisational outcomes.
Prior to founding Integrion, Erik held senior roles with Top Tier and Big 4 global consulting firms and commercial leadership roles within the resources sector, providing him with both advisory and operational perspectives and deep expertise in enterprise performance.
